When faced with the opportunity to become a Financial Advisor, I never hesitated. Growing up with a mom and an aunt who were both bankers, I was inspired by them and I've never looked back. Today I'm privileged to lead a dynamic and diverse all-female team who are equally dedicated to creating a superior wealth management experience for our clients. Who Do I Serve?My greatest joy as an Advisor is working alongside my clients and empowering them to make sound financial decisions for their futures. Attorneys, business owners, senior executives, and multi-generational families all look to me for detailed financial strategies and sustained advice. I am also one of a small number of Advisors at Merrill who are qualified to work with corporate retirement benefit plans.Many of my clients have come to me through referrals which I believe reflects my dedicated commitment to their overall well-being. My work allows me to impact their lives in meaningful ways and enables me to give flight to their ambitions and goals.When my clients speak with me, they can perceive that I'm thoughtful and deeply interested in their situations. Sometimes they prefer talking about their families, hobbies, or topics that have very little to do with money and investing. By listening, I learn. To each relationship, I bring the knowledge I've gained from more than 25 years of experience and incorporate insights I've gained from my professional designations into the tailored strategies I create.About Me• I'm an avid exerciser and passionate about health, wellness, and nutrition. • I own a 1958 Chevy Impala that I love showing with the classic car club my father founded. • I enjoy volunteering, supporting, and bringing awareness to organizations focusing on the protection and care of animals.• My husband and I enjoy splitting our time between Annapolis, MD, and Charleston, SC.I welcome your connection at Danielle_burness@ml.com
