It Service Desk Analyst
CurrentResponsible for providing remote IT support for the faculty, staff, and students of Texas Women’s University. Duties include but are not limited to, remote hardware support for laptops, desktops, printers, mobile devices, WLAN, classroom technology, video conferencing technology, and other institutional hardware platforms. Also provide remote software support for all institutional systems and software including but not limited to the institutional learning management system and ERPs. This position requires you to have strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to be able to solve critical problems consistently and in a timely manner.
