Provider Relations Coordinator
CurrentDevelopment of network for new EAP/insurance business through Blue Card, other search engines and network. Recruit long term and case specific providers for EAP Affiliate Network. Communicate with providers (telephonically and/or e-mail). Credential EAP providers. Enter new EAP provider demographics into New Directions Provider System. Send EAP packets-to include applications, re-credentialing applications. Support network development for insurance requests. Send welcome packets, contracts, and orientation packets to select providers. Collaborate with manager on diversion programs, field activities associated with special programs. Interact with New Directions clinical operations to assure network adequacy, especially for high-risk individuals. Backup for Provider Finder & PIA (Provider Information for Authorizations) requests when necessary. Many other special projects as business needs require.
