-Maintain store staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees-Conduct ongoing staff training including; sexual harassment, corporate diversity and asset protection-Monitor store staff job results by coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results-Responsible for detecting and reporting any matters relating to customer safety, inventory inaccuracies, register shortage or customer theft-Effectively market merchandise by studying advertising, sales promotion, and display plans-Secure merchandise by implementing security systems and measures-Motivate and manage employee staff of 10+ to maximize profits while meeting daily, weekly and monthly sales goals-Ensure daily operations of store including opening/closing procedures, inventory, scheduling and safety of employees and customers-Handle guest complaints, maintaining a positive experience for all customers
