Hi there! My name is Danielle! I live in Aurora, CO. I am currently working for a freight logistics company that does international and domestic shipping all over the world. I was originally hired to be the account manager for one account, but since then have taken on four others as well as been trained for billing, Excel reports, data compiling, etc. I mainly operate via email and our data software to communicate with others. I have a major role in customer service not just answering phones but also providing all of my customers, agents, vendors, etc. with the best customer service I can. I have excelled in this field and really do enjoy the work I have learned. Prior to my current position I was a preschool teacher for Primrose Schools. I enjoyed my time there, but it was always a temporary position as I knew I wanted something in more of an office setting. My first job I ever worked was at a dental office where I started out helping with admin work and was soon wearing scrubs and sitting in with the doctors to assist in any way possible. I have always been able to take on more responsibilities and learn more skills as I feel it improves my work ethic. Right now, I am job searching for something similar to my current role. I would love to stay with my current company, but we have just had a major shift in business and unfortunately, everything has slowed down for us.
