I am senior partner and Head of the Environment and Planning Team in Arthur Cox LLP. I have been with the firm for almost 20 years and am a founding member of our Food and Agribusiness Group and a member or our ESG Group. I help clients solve all kinds of problems and remove or mitigate and manage any kind of risk in the environmental and planning sphere. I specialise across all development sectors, helping clients to obtain consents, defend consents from judicial review challenges, finance or secure project finance for, defend against injunctions during construction or operational phases, buy or sell projects, and roll out compliance strategies. I am incredibly proud to lead a team of enthusiastic, innovative, and 'can-do' specialist lawyers in our Environment and Planning team in Arthur Cox LLP. We advise on how we think the law will evolve and help our clients anticipate and plan for the future, not just on current law.
