Danielle ConroyBranch Manager, VPDanielle was born in Buffalo, NY and moved to Southern Oregon at a young age. Due to challenges in her family life, it was necessary for her to become emancipated at age 15. Danielle achieved her high school diploma using grit and her old soul wisdom on how important education is. She immediately began working and making her own way. By age 17, she landed her first position in banking.In January 2016, Danielle’s career took an exciting turn when she became a Branch Manager. Having taken the smallest branch in her company from the bottom of the rankings to the top of the rankings in lending, Danielle was extremely successful in her new role. A mere eight months later, she was promoted to the largest branch in her district. By January 2017, she was promoted again, this time to the title of Assistant Vice President, in recognition of her success. In 2023, Danielle was promoted to Vice President. As of 2024, Danielle has been in banking for 22 years! Danielle is passionate about Junior Achievement and Alzheimers Association.
