We work to prevent future violence through education, intervention, and advocacy at the individual, local, and state level.As Executive Director responsible for shelter operations, provision of direct-client services to rural victims of domestic and sexual violence; staff hiring and supervision, evaluation, and training; procurement of funds; program evaluation, policy development, grant writing, management of systems; ensuring that staff provides quality services; community education and public relations. Special emphasis on advocacy, awareness, and education of domestic violence/sexual assault issues, programs, and resources for survivors in the community.
