Danielle is a professionally trained pastry chef and restaurant manager with over ten years of experience in some of New York City’s most popular restaurants. After working for five years in Danny Meyer’s kitchens at “Gramercy Tavern” and “Maialino”, she shifted her attention to the front of the house where she managed Jonathan Waxman’s “Barbuto”, and “King” in the West Village. There she expanded her knowledge and attention to the perfect restaurant experience; from appetizers to dessert wine. During the coronavirus outbreak, she spent her time teaching the basics on her IGTV channel, perfecting her wine knowledge, cultivating her house plants and managing her local wine bar, doing everything from cooking to baking to wine purchasing. She moved to Seattle Washington in Autumn of 2023, and looks forward to expanding her wine knowledge while studying for her WSET levels.
