- Human Resources Associate Team Lead- Participates on multiple special projects- Attend and participate in HR meetings across four functions/teams (HRA/HR Solutions, Relocations,Staffing, HR Specialist)- Distribute FMLA Report- Experience in student intern and staff aug hiring- Conduct 1:1 check-in with team and conduct weekly HRA meetings- OSvC, Enterprise Person, and PeopleSoft SME- Point person for any system and process issues- Monitor master OSvC- Process all transaction for an employee’s complete life cycle, including Directors- Review and process I9s- Complete occupational change notices/ personnel actions- HR Briefings with candidates- Review applications for COI, citizenship, and transcripts- Act as the first line or response for candidates going through the hiring process- Pull reports for HRBP’s on telecommuting, transfers, current employee count, anniversaries, ANOR, actingmanagers, etc. (Pulled reports for quad level meeting)- Create and send offer letters/packages- Fill out and hang Labor Law posters and OSHA notice (Maintain list of locations for posters)- Collect resumes, application, and signatures for promotion process- Experience working with Directors, Senior Managers, and L1 Managers, along with Senior Scientist and staff
