Skypath is a specialist Travel Tech Recruitment services agency. We focus on head office executive to mid-senior management recruitment covering the UK and EMEA region. The role consists working with established senior Recruitment Consultants to identifyand qualify IT and Travel skilled candidates and fill permanent vacancies for our clients. My main role consists of writing job adverts from clients job spec's. Distributing job adverts to multiple job boards using the latest technology such as Broadbean and Linkedin.Searching in-house databases and multiple external CV databases such as Monster, Jobsite, TotalJobs, Reed, Linkedin.Qualify candidates and manage application processes.Book interviews and manage interview processes.Manage job offer stages and placement processes.Have regular weekly meetings with my consultants for pipeline updates.On the whole the role involves a high level of searching for candidates, telephone activities, emails and networking in a fast paced market, where you need to multi-task to beat our competitors.

Worked within the Client Management team and involved with communications to multiple account teams on an global level.Developed and maintained project plan documents.Responsible for delivering projects on time within scope and budget parameters. Coordinated meetings, compiled agenda's and minutes. Face to face and by conference call.Own and maintained central databases and responsible for distributing these.Recognise, highlight and develop opportunities to increase sales and revenue.

Responsible for a team of 10 consultants on a well known oil and gas account.Day to day operations of the team as well as general holiday allowances, sickness and performance reviews.The clients main point of contact in and out of work hours.Attended client and supplier meetings and involved with negotiations of air and hotel deals.Competent use of Galileo reservations system.Assisted at the HRG 24HRS service department for clients on a global level.
