⊕ Who I Am: ► A Groundbreaker: Tackling some of the toughest problems by establishing and leading a community-wide coalition of non-profit and service organizations, I have made a tremendous difference in communities where no services or solutions previously existed.I embrace a good challenge and to date have founded start-ups, created multiple supporting agencies, and continue to lead some of the initiatives. In a rural county, I saw the need for and successfully pitched, delivered, and manage a Drug Court where none previously existed. Concurrently, I launched CASA, an Overdose Task Force, and a Steering Committee. These interdependent agencies deliver a solution to address critical substance abuse issues.The fallout from substance abuse can be child abuse and neglect. I established a non-profit advocacy agency to address those issues and create systemic change.These symbiotic agencies are now underway and running smoothly.► An Executive: Creating and leading comprehensive operations comes naturally to me. So does establishing fair policies and firm processes that leave no room for ambiguity or misinterpretation. This transparency ensures compliance across employees, agencies, collaborations, and external stakeholder partnerships. Furthermore, I excel in fiscal management and resource optimization.► A Manager: Developing and implementing synergistic policy, financial safeguards, human resources, service programs, and marketing are a part of my every day functions. Tying this together, I author and lead administration, conduct analytics, and revise procedures for compliance and reporting.► A Communicator: Interfacing across government personnel, legal representatives, service providers, vendors, and clients leverages my deep industry knowledge and relationship building to achieve desired outcomes. One win has been the establishment of a rural drug court funded by federal, state, and community stakeholders. There are many others, and I’d like to talk to you about that.
