· Working with time sensitive Perishable accounts that includes freight containing; Hazmat, Blood, Dry Ice, Gel Packs and Ambient. · Schedule domestic pickups that are being shipped worldwide · Filing AES for customers freight· Booking freight moving international with all airlines· Processing shipments from A-Z· Updating and completing all milestones on shipments· Always keeping overseas clients and customers updated with the status of freight

· Data entry· Booking domestic freight· Entering and processing airline shipments as well as making sure all freight is accounted for· Assisting dock personal with OS&D issues.· Providing tracking and tracing to customers.

· Scheduling domestic pickups and deliveries all over the country· Data entry on all clients shipments and accounts · Communicating and continuously being in contact with our carriers and agents· Assigning hotshots, rates and quotes· Utilizing all airlines for scheduling purposes· Track and trace client’s shipments keeping them updated on the statuses · Setting up LTL and full truckloads that were ultimately used for customer rollouts· Creating and managing SOP’s· Ability to work with all cities and identify their specific air code for routing freight· Checking in drivers and as well notifying carriers when trucks are ready in order to make lockouts
