Senior Account Executive
CurrentBuild and maintain a portfolio of typically 100+ clients balancing volume, dilution, revenue, in order to meet metrics and goals as established for the department.Manage client relationships including onboarding, training, visiting, and retention of client accounts.Manage client risk through monitoring of client health, agings, concentrations, credit issues, potential fraud, and other risk management items.Manage client information, funding, reserves, escalated collections, credit overrides, company issues, and other account management items.Introduce, sell and promote related complementary products to existing customers.Develop client retention skills, negotiation skills, and factoring and industry knowledge.
