Conducting BMD (BCC Media Desktop) training and ongoing support to media agencies. Training and support on all BMD modules including media and finance. Preparing Fact sheets and User Guide documentation.Troubleshooting any support issues and offering a workaround. Software testing and liaison with the Media Development team regarding development requests.
