• My responsibilities as the Community Development Officer Coordinator are:
• The coordination of the national conferences which occur twice a year with all CDOs in attendance;
• Organising all travel and accommodation needs for the 16 CDOs located around Australia;
• Overseeing the use of our online Customer Relations Management system which the CDOs use to input all their data about bowls clubs and contacts;
• Providing assistance to the CDO manager when required;
• Managing the stock levels of all our promotional materials; and

• My responsibilities as the Administration Officer included:
• Planning the annual Bowls Australia Hall of Fame and Awards Night which this year was held in Bendigo in April with 300 people in attendance;
• Coordination of national conferences with all the state and territory associations. These are held twice a year at different locations. My duties involved selecting a venue, book flights and accommodation for all.
• Organising flights, accommodation and transport for co-workers and board members;
• Coordination of the annual Australian Open corporate marquee packages. This included sending out invitations, collecting RSVPs, sending out entry passes, organising catering, seating arrangements and the room layout.
• Organising all requirements for the board meetings which are held every second month, with board members located around Australia;
