I build, deliver, and sustain programs, professional development, and technical education that we, at Selective Insurance, provide to our valued distribution partners. I lead the planning, promoting, and execution of Selective's College Competition for top RMI students across our regional footprint. I co-facilitate the planning/execution of the Selective Agency Leadership Series for emerging leaders in the industry, facilitate DiSC programs in support of effective workplace relationships, as well as coordinate our partnerships with EndDD (End Distracted Driving), our philanthropic partner, and the Institute for Management Studies (IMS). I am a member of the Women’s Agency Leadership Steering Committee and help lead this initiative. This encompasses the detailed coordination and facilitation of high-impact training sessions for our network of independent agents/leaders in the industry, as well as supporting the planning/execution of region events that create an environment for professional development and peer to peer networking. I'm proud to partner with the Corporate Communication and Social Media teams to coordinate a women’s leadership blog which highlights the voices of leadership both internally and externally. Additionally, it is my pleasure to have served on the Board of Trustees for the West Point Parents Club of New Jersey, where I function as the club’s Community Outreach and Social Media Coordinator. This club has been recognized for the fourth consecutive year as a Distinguished Parents’ Club by the West Point Association of Graduates. .
