-Supervise the training, tracking, and record keeping of 236 Navy Security Force, Auxiliary Security Force, and Reserve Security Force through a team of three instructors, four Field Training Officers, and one Administrative person.-During manning shortfalls, stepped in as Watch Commander leading 35 security force personnel in execution of Force Protection and Law Enforcement duties across four geographically separated installations, enhancing the safety of approximately 9,500 personnel. -Authored the Auxiliary Security Force Instruction, coordinating critical manning requirements from 12 tenant commands in accordance with the installation's Anti-terrorism Plan, while increasing the use the auxiliary security force member by 25%.-Qualified 32 new auxiliary security force members in 120 hours of classroom and practical exercises, increasing the flexibility of the command.-As the command Fitness Enhancement Program Coordinator, led 30 fitness sessions for 35 Sailors and four Assistant Command Fitness Leaders, increasing the overall fitness and mission readiness by 95% for two Physical fitness cycles.
