Working in a small team within a busy office I have received extensive training and have gained a wealth of knowledge and deeper skillset. I am responsible for responding to all enquiries regarding properties in a courteous and timely manner, as I am the first point of contact for our current clients and perspective clientele. I am responsible for carrying out take ons at new properties and producing property particulars, arranging professional photography and arranging viewings. Liasing with clients, vendors and solicitors to ensure a smooth and efficient conveyancing process. I book market appraisals for our valuer and ensure they are arranged in our online diary. I also am responsible for collating viewing feedback and ensuring our vendors are kept up to date. Registering new applicants and matching their requirements to properties is a large part of my role. Managing online portals such as Rightmove. I have a good knowledge of anti money laundering and GDPR and carry out aml checks regularly. I organise the movement of sale boards with an external company. I am responsible for invoicing and petty cash and for producing newspaper advertisements
