Delivering sessions to primary school children around The Tower of London and Kensington Palace, educating them on the history of each site. Answering questions about various topics (Queen’s throughout history, The Great Fire of London etc). Leading interactive sessions that involve, inspire and encourage the pupils to feel confident performing, ask original questions and bring history to life. Adapt my sessions to different age groups/SEN/ESL requirements when necessary.

Using humour and science, I lead workshops in primary and secondary schools around the UK providing students with the tools they need to develop emotional intelligence, happiness, confidence and self-belief.I have delivered many sessions bespoke to each schools needs (liasing with teachers prior to sessions, sharing lesson plans and learning outcomes) but some of the most popular sessions I run are those on: Anxiety, Growth Mindset and managing exam stress/pressure.I do a lot of workshops with charities and associations, two of the causes I resonated most withwere:• 1851 Trust with the FA (Football Association) addressing gender inequality in women’s footballSessions were held in football stadiums and universities around the UK and encouraged teenage girls to produce comedy sketches/stand-up sets in response to their experiences as women in sport.• Protect our Future empower young people to feel confident discussing and taking action for climate change. My workshops used comedy as a starting point to address climate anxiety (something a lot of young people are experiencing) and generate creative ways young people can bring about change/encourage people to rethink their habits.

Working with students to improve their reading and comprehension. Students include those with dyslexia, autism spectrum disorders, or general learning challenges.Each session was 1:2:1 with the student, using a variety of materials to lead lessons, and notes were made during each class to track students challenges/progress.During the summer of 2020 all classes were conducted online.Worked at the summer school for several years between: 2018-2023

Motability leases cars, heavily adapted vehicles and scooters to elderly and disable customers. I worked in the busy inbound call center.Customers would contact me when they had issues with their applications, when their car had mechanical faults/breakdowns/accidents, when their health changed or when they just needed advice on suitable cars and adaptations.Customers often rang me from the side of the road following breakdowns or accidents; naturally they could be very upset/angry/panicked. I handled each situation calmly with plenty of reassurance and made sure the appropriate third parties were contacted asap.Using my initiative to make decisions such as cancelling customer’s contracts early (due to their health) or escalating complaints to senior management.
