Danielle works as The Side by Side Coach for women, empowering, supporting and mentoring them at times of crisis, stress, challenge and trauma in their lives whether that is leaving a toxic relationship, redundancy, debt, anxiety or divorce. She acts their very own coach, confidante and cheerleader, believing in them long before they believe in themselves. Danielle embarked upon a long career as a midwife with the NHS alongside six children and a husband in the Navy. During this time, she developed a specialist interest in working with women experiencing domestic abuse and was a key instigator in changing policies to ensure women’s safety in her trust.Realising that she had much more to give outside the NHS and with her passion for empowering and supporting women to find their voice she retrained as an Independent Domestic Violence Advocate which saw her responsible for helping client’s at risk of murder and serious harm to stay safe using civil and criminal redress and working alongside the Police, Children’s Services, CAFCASS and courts.She began her coaching journey six years ago undertaking a formal coaching qualification alongside her own self development and healing. Her own vast experience at self- representing in the family court and dealing with CAFCASS and contact issues combined with her significant expertise in the domestic abuse sector have seen her mentor and support many clients with both emotional and practical issues.“Dani is a brilliant coach who effortlessly encourages self -discovery.
