• I was trained on the SAP business system, this included account queries, capturing of orders and buying trends and history of our clients• My duties included all the day to day operations such as account queries and issues, as well as in store promotions and sales incentives. Stock and order management as well as seasonal trend analysis, were part of the planning process between the customer and me.• After 6 months I was promoted to a key account manager and expanded my responsibilities to the company’s large accounts. Due to excellent results I produced on these accounts, I was then requested to take over Edgars, which was the biggest account.• A further responsibility that I had was marketing for all our key accounts as well as the independent customers. I managed all in store incentives for their sales staff as well as all in store and new store openings and window displays.• My job at Puma was both challenging and rewarding and I felt that being with a small company I was exposed to the entire business process.
