* Lead Associate Financial Advisors (AFA) recruiting and act as a resource broker in directing advisors and AFAs to tools and training in support of practice growth* Serve as the key point of contact for new advisors joining the firm, to ensure they have the right tools, resources, training and understanding of the Ameriprise business model* Assist advisors with programs that drive practice growth* Drive the business planning process within the market group for targeted advisors, help advisors keep plans evergreen, used as a basis in growing their practice* Act as a point of contact for advisors and leaders as issues and questions arise and work toward connecting them with resources and solutions

• Works closely with over 100 financial advisors to implement a personalized growth strategy through ongoing one on one coaching• Develops advisor’s skill sets and installs systems that drive high value client acquisition and financial planning and contribute to the overall vision of each advisors practice• Collaborates with field leaders and field facing resources including wholesalers to achieve sales results and provide direct support for the entire market group• Teams with home office partners to assist in delivering key company messages and methodologies to advisors and leaders in the field• Presents high value client acquisition best practices at town hall meetings, FC meetings, Education Days and facilitates High Performance Teams

• Combined patience, determination, and persistence to troubleshoot client and candidate issues and ensure 100% satisfaction for both• Utilized comprehensive inventory knowledge, familiarity with diverse cultures and personalities, and an enthusiastic attitude to quickly map out client needs and recommend appropriate solutions• Designed and implemented a strategic first year plan to develop over 60 new clients• Successfully placed and managed all temporary candidates resulting in department profits of over half of a million dollars
