This experience taught me the power of building meaningful connections with customers and leveraging social platforms to create a positive brand image.I took on another role in addition to that. I transitioned into a customer service and technical support role at what we turned into a prominent e-commerce company. Here, I had the opportunity to interact directly with customers, troubleshoot technical issues, and provide timely solutions to ensure customer satisfaction. This experience honed my problem-solving abilities and deepened my understanding of the importance of empathetic customer support.I then took on a leadership position as a Director of Returns Operations at the drone technology company. In this capacity, I was responsible for streamlining return technology integrations, optimizing warehouse processes, and managing a team of dedicated individuals.
