As a Desk Assistant, I am trained to be a resource to students living in the residence halls. The front desks offer a variety of services for students such as network printing, equipment rental which includes kitchen supplies, games, snow shovels, etc. I also work with the mail and deliveries of all the students and they can come pick up packages from their hall front desk.

I worked in a college classroom as a learning student to help college students, and this was a great experience to learn some new things about teaching. As they provide the students with all the information in the class, it is my responsibility to help students with questions about the topics discussed throughout the semester. I am also responsible for making lectures, assignments, and holding review sessions for help before exams, and I help the Professor with grading.
