I have 10+ years of experience in management. This includes the healthcare field as well as the retail environment. Most of what I know, I have learned in the field. In my opinion, hands on is the best and most efficient way to learn, remember, and perfect a skill. I have a very diverse back ground, including but not limited to management, administrative, sales, presentation, employee retention, phone skills, payroll/scheduling, and more. I excel in managing and training staff, organization, consistency, and deadlines. I am great with computers and have used all of Microsoft Office abundantly. I learn very quickly, and therefore I feel I am an asset to any company in any field.
