About Danielle Fort

My name is Dannie, I am an experienced Psychological Well-being practitioner and have nearly 5 years of experience of working within Mental Health,I have degree in psychology as well as a PGCert in Evidence based psychological treatments (IAPT Pathway). I am skilled in delivering low intensity CBT interventions for those experiencing common mental heath difficulties such as GAD, Depression, OCD and Health Anxiety. Over my extensive years working within NHS Berkshire I have developed excellent interpersonal skills working with a range of clients whom need a range of needs. I am able to build strong rapports with my clients and am able to advocate for them when needed as well as provide them with the tools to not only advocate for themselves but support themselves in times of stress. I am passionate about supporting others, not only my clients but my team and colleagues as well, whether that be professionally in managing their workload or personally in helping them support their own well-being.
