About Danielle Fox

My journey started in tech, taking me from UNIX sysadmin and DBA to supporting traders in London within the high-pressure derivatives market. I’ve seen a range of projects from inception through delivery and beyond, in various technical positions, and have developed a keen interest in how teams work and drive positive outcomes.In the last few years I have practised agile delivery, and as Certified Scrum Professional I’ve helped a variety of teams (DevOps, Data and Digital) deliver value, discover iterative self-improvement, and scale delivery processes throughout the organisation.I'm currently nurturing our Product Planning and Delivery processes within the Agent Solutions space at Domain (B2B), where we are transitioning to an OKR outcomes-based framework.
