With over 13 years of experience in higher education, I am passionate about coaching, training, and Learning development. My mission is to broaden access to higher education and lifelong learning, helping individuals achieve their goals and succeed in their chosen fields.I hold a Master of Education degree in Higher and Postsecondary Education from Arizona State University, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Development and Family Studies from the University of Wisconsin-Stout. I bring a wealth of experience in advising, coaching, and training, particularly in fostering environments where students feel empowered to learn and achieve their goals.Throughout my career, I have honed skills in communication, cross functional collaboration, training and development, problem-solving, strategic planning, and leadership. I am dedicated to providing rich training and development experiences, fostering engaging and inclusive learning environments.
