Influit Asia were contracted to complete the engineering, procurement and construction of the topsides facilities of the D18 water injection facility. The facility was required to enhance oil production of the D18 field (offshore Malaysia). As a project engineer on the D18 project I was responsible for sub-contractor management from project initiation to project completion.

Influit UK Ltd were contracted to complete the engineering, procurement and construction of water injection facilities for the LAM 75 area (offshore Turkmenistan), in order to maintain pressure, sustain production rates and increase reserves recovery.I was involved with this project during the tender/bid stage, and my responsibilities included;- Creation of project execution strategies and project schedules which were included within the final bid package sent to the client.- Working with potential project sub-contractors for budgetary quotations, preliminary process information and performing subsequent bid analysis for technical and commercial viability. Where appropriate this information was integrated within the Influit final bid in order that we proposed the best process solution with a competitive price and timely delivery. - Participated in clarification meetings with the client regarding the process design philosophy and project schedules.- Worked with various Influit group employees and supporting sub-contractors as necessary to deliver the bid and successfully win the project for Influit UK.

As a project engineer for Weatherford my key responsibilities include project management of numerous work packages across three projects (an early production oil facility, a liquid petroleum gas plant, and gas receiving facility). This role encompasses; - Creating work package tender documentation for bid, and upon receiving quotations performing the subsequent bid analysis. Following successful bid analysis, raising the sub-contractor requisition.- Project planning and subsequent prioritising of work within an agreed project schedule.- Aiding project planners with updates to package schedules ensuring the timely delivery of the work package components. - Project management of work package sub-contractors to ensure work package components are in-line with project schedules.- Continual review of sub-contractor work package documentation confirming that equipment is in-line with project technical specifications and client contractual expectations.- Expediting work package activity with suppliers and challenging sub-contractors where applicable and appropriate to ensure timely delivery of components.- Logistics coordination between sub-contractor and client ensuring shipping is aligned with any country specific requirements and contractual obligations.- Monitoring progress and activity from all sub-contractors by use of reporting tools to support project team decision-making and to aid expediting of sub contractor productivity.- Continually monitoring sub-contractor costs and escalating any potential change order requests to management.
