I have worked my way up through management by pushing myself to be better every day. I have 10 years of experience in the business world. I specialize in working with small to medium businesses. My talent is helping grow companies while developing streamline processes and logistics to help keep expenses and order in line. I have a huge passion for personal finance and coaching. Finance is the backbone of a company while coaching helps build knowledge and the mindset needed to run a business and be a leader. The great thing that I have learned in my job is that a Director of Sales and a Director of Operations wears many different hats. It is a privilege to be a leader and should never be taken for granted. I have been able to utilize my talents in my role by being involved in logistics, marketing, sales, management, scheduling orders, analytics, team building, holding events, customer service, maintenance, problem solving, finance, coaching, wealth building, and many more that I can now use to help coach other people in their business and personal finance. I also became a certified professional coach recognized by the ICF who wants to help others achieve their goals. I love teaching humans the mindset of going after their goals.
