Billing Analyst/Auditor
- Collects and analyzes client’s telecom spend to determine baseline cost factors, compliance with existing contracts, and cost savings analysis.
- Serves as a Team Lead and is accountable for delivery of all tasks identified by client and internal management for all team members.
- Review and audit Domestic and International telecommunication vendor invoices including simple and complex voice and data services, i.e. circuits, frame relay, internet, MPLS private lines, ISDN, POTS, toll free, long.
- Accountable for management of audit team, including members overseas, and creating a work plan and progress reports.
- Accountable for organizing, prioritizing and managing multiple auditing projects at any given time and ensuring that all changes to projects are documented and followed by team.
- Represent company in monthly/quarterly meetings with client to review audit performance and present findings and recommendations, both on-site and via conference calls.
