Billing Analyst/Auditor
• Collects and analyzes client’s telecom spend to determine baseline cost factors, compliance with existing contracts, and cost savings analysis.• Serves as a Team Lead and is accountable for delivery of all tasks identified by client and internal management for all team members.• Review and audit Domestic and International telecommunication vendor invoices including simple and complex voice and data services, i.e. circuits, frame relay, internet, MPLS private lines, ISDN, POTS, toll free, long distance, teleconference, and wireless devices.• Accountable for management of audit team, including members overseas, and creating a work plan and progress reports. • Accountable for organizing, prioritizing and managing multiple auditing projects at any given time and ensuring that all changes to projects are documented and followed by team.• Represent company in monthly/quarterly meetings with client to review audit performance and present findings and recommendations, both on-site and via conference calls. • Proactively handle all internal customer request or inquires.• Maintain documentation, monitor, and resolve telecommunication billing inquiries, disputes, and connection issues related to billing.• Create and maintain contract inventory database which includes all contracts and all additional addendums pertaining to each individual client. • Responsible to review written contracts to ensure all FCC regulations, PUC tariffs and applicable company code of compliance were accurate, complete and correct.• Created customized telecommunication ad hoc analysis and reports as requested and met established timelines.• Monitor internal process compliance for telecommunication and worked with internal groups to help maintain accuracy of telecommunication inventory.
