I have been providing high quality patient care to patients of all ages since 2005. I take pride in the care that I give, and to me that means being available for my patients as well as their family. Feedback over the years from my charge nurses/coworkers/management has identified me as an employee that is a true team player, an effective communicator, and an excellent resource for new hires. I aspire to be someone that my coworkers can rely on and be proud to work alongside. To me that means: being receptive to feedback, seeking learning opportunities, providing family centeredcare, and being confident in what I do so that I may safely/effectively establish a trustingrelationship with my patients.
