- Led sprint planning and team retros for the Design Systems team that consisted of Product Designers and Engineers- Worked with other DPMs to create a job description for the DPM role- Worked cross-functionally with Product Managers and Engineering teams on Design Systems initiatives- Owned and facilitated meetings that worked to drive progress around different projects
