Independently manages the implementation of the Esntial Commerce products and enhancements for the largest and most complex dealers (RSS & EDMS retailers).Responsible for defining, sequencing, and estimating new Implementation activities and duration every week following product feature releases.Attends Product/Engineering meetings to understand new feature enhancements and ensure they are properly accounted for in the Implementation runbook, project plans, and schedules.Functions as the subject matter expert for the various Implementation workstreams (covering 20+ systems), facilitating internal training and learning sessions across the business (Onboarding, Support)teams.Understands the end-to-end configuration of the Esntial platform, with an ability to pivot workstreams quickly and efficiently. Performs Implementation impact and gap analysis upon new feature release.Works with retailer and Onboarding to define project plans/scope based on retailer requirements and expectations.Manages Implementation change control based on retailer requests presented throughout the project's lifecycle.Ensures consistent application of project management methodology, processes, tools, and documentation throughout the project lifecycle.Identifies and makes recommendations for process improvement. Ensures effective cross-functional participation across business teams (Onboarding, Support, and DCM) to gather the proper requirements, complete the product implementation, and hand off to support for ongoing maintenance.Monitors Implementation KPIs and reports on progress, issues, and status.

Manage multiple CRM projects through the project timelines using tools available, including Salesforce, Moto Snap, FileZilla, VinTools, CIS Desktop 4.0, Responsible for configuring accounts, including data conversions and analysis through client interaction, market research, and industry guidelines.Resolve issues by submitting tickets and engaging vendors, application developers, and/or management to avoid or limit the impact on the customer.Proficient at understanding complex data mining with the ability to provide recommendations, prepare reports, and assists with implementing changes.Maintain weekly verbal and written daily communication with the customer and all stakeholders in the project progress.Work on multiple software integration and onboarding projects simultaneously with the flexibility to adjust to changing priorities.Develop/maintain systems and policies procedures and assist with new employee training.

Reviewing travel preferences and verifying flight times, hotel, and rental car requests are cost-efficient and are within company guidelines.Keep accurate communication records with VinSolutions personnel and customers in Salesforce. Maintained various travel-related reports, including expense reports, descriptions of all unused tickets, and other travel tracking documents.
