This role involves amending clients travel details via email and the telephone. I am required to re issue tickets and keep close contact with airlines hoteliers and clients so all amendments and travel details are accurate and convenient for the client. A large part of this role is also to work alongside our global pricing department to find any savings on client fares and route deals. I am required to work at a fast pace to meet service level agreements whilst maintaining accuracy to avoid any ADM's or unwanted charges to the business or clients. I concentrate on all aspects of the online booking process including navigating clients through the online tool and assisting with any issues they may face. Fulfilling bookings whilst checking for any errors and meeting all client requests is a large part of this role. The final process is to ticket all bookings accurately whilst liaising with all concerned if a complication arises and sending all confirmations to the client.

I shadowed the Interior designer, purchaser and furniture designer through each process of design. I was involved in a large domestic project in the London area. Aug 2009 Andrea Faye Interiors Work Placement This was a domestic house conversion kitchen, lounge and garden design. I provided draft scale plans of the house conversion and furniture planning. I also provided final plans and measurements, 3d renders of the interior with various concepts and colour schemes. Sept 2008 Rijo 42 Work Placement During my time at Rijo 42 I shadowed the Interior Designer helping with initail ideas for lighting, furniture design, signage, and colour schemes for a chinese restaurant project.
