HRMA provides Human Resource professionals throughout the greater Albuquerque area with a forum for educational resources, networking, career development, job search opportunities and community engagement.

Responsible for TriCore’s Compensation, Benefits, Payroll, and HRIS functions, while supporting the strategic objectives of the Human Resources Department.• Plan, develop and implement the overall job evaluation, incentive, sales compensation, compensation metrics, and wage and salary management programs for the organization.• Conduct and participates in wage and salary surveys and recommend changes to ensure the maintenance of the organization’s compensation objectives and competitive position in the marketplace.• Evaluate trends and recommend plan changes as appropriate to ensure the compensation programs are competitive, cost effective and perceived as valuable to employees. • Collaborate with Finance on the TriCore Budget/Salary Planning. • Plan, develop and administer the various employee benefit programs including 401(k), life, and health insurance and related programs.• Recommends new and/or improved employee benefit plans and cost-savings measures. Ensures compliance with all legal requirements of various employee benefit programs and prepares and files required legal reports. • Manage employee wellness programs; collaborate to develop wellness initiatives to promote a healthy awareness among employees.• Responsible for benefit plan metrics. • Manage annual Payroll Worker’s Compensation Audit and Payroll audits. • Manage all payroll tax related filing (quarterly and annual). • Manage staff for ongoing maintenance of a total HRIS strategy using current technologies touching on all areas of HR systems including staffing, on-boarding, payroll, benefits and compensation; seek ways to improve company performance and reduce costs through the enhanced use of HR systems.• Coordinate HRIS audit and special projects.

• Plan, develop, and implement employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices.• Coach and advise management on appropriate resolutions in various employee relations issues• Manage the recruiting process to include developing job descriptions, reviewing resumes, conducting phone interviews, reference checks, running compensation analysis, and drafting employment offers. • Manage the new hire process including new hire orientations, explanation of benefits, processing new hire paperwork in the HRIS system, and enrolling employees in the various benefit plans.• Maintain benefit plans by participating in the rate renewals each year, holding open enrollment meetings, and staying complaint with ACA reporting and regulations.• Manage the workers compensation claims and filing the OSHA 300 reports each year.• Conduct workplace investigations when necessary and ensure maintenance of such investigation records.• Maintain management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures and periodically updating the ATI Employee Handbook.• Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource federal and state requirements.• Manage actions and proceedings brought against the organization and represent the organization at personnel-related hearings and investigations including unemployment appeal hearings and EEOC complaint hearings.• Maintain safety training program by delivering the required OSHA training courses each year. • Manage Visa sponsorship programs and act as liaison between employee and immigration attorneys while ensuring cases stay on track• Develop, implement, and participate in employee recognition programs
