i am a catering assistant in a carehome. we have just recieved the culinary of excellence award. i am well trained and my duties on a daily basis include washing up cleaning our equipment and helping the chef. recently i have been taught to make the mouse gravey & custard hoping this will branch out to other skills. i deal well with annoyed customers keeping calm & polite.

this job was temporary during the 2012 Olympics. my job was to help passengers on and off trains give directions and help them to get the right train. i also helped disabled passenagers to travel and to make sure they reached their destination.
