The bulk of my performance experience has been in/for churches, symphony orchestras, and wind symphonies. I have also collaborated extensively with the Bay Area Youth Singers since 2012, and accompanied several local high school choirs in Clear Creek ISD, Pasadena ISD, and Angleton ISD. I started harp lessons at 5 years-old, and by high school felt the harp was "my calling". I continue to play, perform, teach, and compose for the harp. My focus is on the pedal harp, but I can also play lever, wire-strung, double- & triple-strung harps.Beyond the harp, I am working on learning how to finally play piano. I initially skipped the usual "piano first, then harp" 2-year waiting period. I am also a mezzo-soprano and have sung solos or participated in choirs since 3 years-old. A little late to the game with handbells, I have served as the director for the CLUMC Morning Bells outreach handbell ensemble for 10 years. I usually direct, occasionally ring, but I'm always doing ministry. Our handbell group takes the music outside the church walls and plays for hospitals, rehabilitation centers, libraries, schools, independent/assisted living facilities, nursing facilities, and children's homes. We take the live music to individuals that may not be able to get up and out, for whatever reason.I also have a LOT of experience in the office as front-desk and administration assistant. I am extremely familiar with most Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, Publisher; both desktop and cloud), presentation software (Proclaim, ProPresenter 6, Planning Center Online Projector, some PowerPoint), and Finale music notation software. I am a quick learner with software and hands-on office equipment.
