Updating attendance trackers, completing weekly internal audits, maintaining 100% compliance within the academy and ensuring all evidence was auditable and supported funding claims. My role as a NHS as a clinic co-ordinator. I was also part of the referrals team ensuring that all new referrals were managed correctly, that they did not breach their deadlines, ensuring they are seen by the correct consultant on the correct clinic and also following any instructions given to me by the consultant for that patient i.e sending them for bloods or scans. I also had to complete reports for management on the referrals we had received and what actions were in place for patients who had breached. This involved answering incoming/outgoing phone calls, learner queries, post, sending and receiving emails, using an electronic appointment system, Maintaining the office area, Photocopying, filing (electronic and manual), welcome visitors and ensure they are looked after. I had to insist that all learners, staff and visitors sign in due to health and safety procedures and fire regulations. Another part of my role also included monitoring learner attendance, behaviour and barriers in to learning as well as signposting the young people to appropriate agencies offering IAG support.
