I assist all management duties for our 248 unit property and take responsibilities of the manager when she is out. I handle the collections for current and delinquent accounts. My numbers are consistent each month and never reach over 2%. I reached my goal of 0% delinquent at closings and will strive to meet that each month. I also keep up with our monthly water bills with an excel spreadsheet. These duties include:Making sure all data is correct for easy import to AMSI, if it is not then I make corrections. Send out water bills before deadline.File evictions, file Writs, Type Leases, Show apartments, bring in leads by phone and internet prospects, trained new employees in AMSI and other software we use, and provided product knowledge to our leasing consultants.I created our social media websites like Facebook, Pinterest, You Tube, Four Square, Google + and Twitter and kept up with weekly posts to keep insights and interaction with our fans. Plan resident retention events and prepare renewal notices and reminders. I am personable to all our residents because I know their name, and apartment number and show empathy to any concerns they may have.
