Business Administrator
CurrentKey Responsibilities:• Manage, motivate and drive performance of administrative staff to ensure all responsibilities of the department are met. • Provide administration in order to ensure effective and efficient office operations. • Prepare and submit progress claims and variations for major projects. • Coordinate the set up new simPRO database.• Develop month cash flow reports, annual operating budget as well as provide financial reports on projects.• Manage end of month procedures to ensure monthly and quarterly BAS are lodged on time.• Oversee payroll (24 staff). • Manage the accounts payable and receivable.• Authorise client credit accounts.• Manage human resources functions including recruitment and worker compensation claims.• Assist in processing sub-contract agreements and tender submissions with clients. • Ensure the confidentiality and security of all financial and project files.• Produce company policies, procedures and organisation standards.• Organise staff meetings and build an environment in which employees willingly produce maximum work. • Manage company insurance policies.• Adviser, confidante, support to Directors in relation to staffing issues.• Communicate policy and procedural changes to staff.• Coordinate staff travel arrangements.
