Assisted in facilitating the retrograde process by coordinating the logistics and deconstruction of bases in the Combined/Joint Operations Area- Afghanistan (CJOA-A.)The BCATS worked with the DOD and military units. The BCATS organized, coordinated and assist units with the key aspects of redeployment associated with base closures and transfers to support critical timelines and accountability practices. Key responsibilities include: Managing multiple concurrent project tasks, providing onsite expert assistance and recommendations to Base Operations Support-Integrator (BOS-I) , Regional Commands (RC), Task Forces, and units on the retrograde process, developing schedules, formulating work plans, providing recommendations to remain on schedule or an reallocation of resources, and reporting progress and tracking metrics to USFOR-A Joint.

Prepared and reviewed daily personnel accountability for all Local Nations and subcontractor workers present at work site.Organized daily SITREP reports that entail to report how many containers and material were counted and line items conducted for the day.Complete warehouse requisition reports and perform technical inspections reports on all items finishedGenerate discrepancy reports on damaged or broken material by reviewing and preparing inventory reports on all material counted daily. Perform routine data searches by operating computer software to review and complete files.Government Property and Supplies inventoried and accounted for, Identify excess property and made recommendations on property dispositionMaintain ROD LOG spreadsheet on quantity, reason, date received and description.Generate daily inventory reports on all inventoried containers for DOS and DOD. Use of MAXIMO and SAPPerform inventory cycle counts and transfer requested material to requested siteMaintained a masters container list for movements of material and forward location.Received, distribute, and upload incoming material by comparing information on packing slip with purchase/transfer repair order to verify accuracy of shipment.Hazmat: ROWPU Daily Morning and evening inspections of ROWPU hazmat material containers. In Charge of moving all ROWPU hazmat material to a new location that I personally overseen the construction from bottom up.
