Key projects include building an access database to analyse lost business, working alongside brokers to create and shape new schemes and working with marketing to create Additionality opportunities for account managers.

Responsible for determining whether or not a customer was mis-sold PPI insurance and if they should receive a monetary refund. Required investigative skills, customer communication and business knowledge of the product and the ability to produce a detailed report for each case. All work was audited for quality and productivityMy consistent high scores led to a team leader promotion where I was responsible for the organisation and preparation of workloads for over 50 team members. I was also involved in management meetings regarding the streamlining of the PPI process and the communication of these meetings back to team members.

I was responsible for administering and coordinating training delivery, exams, events and other activity for internal and external trainers at HO or Regional sites as required. I provided end to end customer service to delegates, trainers, suppliers and business customers and colleagues. I was responsible for recording and administering training and accommodation costs to ensure accurate payments and cross charging for business departments and suppliers.

I worked as a Smart Meter Co-ordinator. This involved putting together a IT work system, due to this new role within the company. It concerned most aspects of the business from Billing to Meter Reading and Installation as well as working with outside companies. Upon my departure this role was successfully handed over to a new employee as a fully functioning system.
