As the Program Director at Steppingstone Inc., I oversee the operations and coaching of a network of programs that provide transitional housing and support services to individuals and families experiencing housing challenges. I have more than 15 years of experience in the human service field, with a focus on mental health and substance use disorder . I am passionate about empowering our clients to achieve their goals and overcome their challenges, while ensuring the quality and efficiency of our programs. I have a strong track record of developing and implementing strategic plans, managing budgets and contracts, leading and mentoring staff, and collaborating with partners and stakeholders.
