As a switchboard operator at Leicester Royal Infirmary, I am the first point of contact for callers who need to access health services or information. I handle a high volume of calls every day, ensuring that each caller is directed to the appropriate department or staff member, or transferred to the emergency line if needed. I use my customer service skills to be approachable and welcoming, and my IT skills to operate the switchboard system efficiently and accurately.I have a Level 3 Legal Secretary Diploma from City of London Academy Highgate Hill, where I studied childcare as a field of interest. I also have multiple certifications in customer service, child protection, safeguarding, and first aid. I am committed to completing tasks to the best of my ability, and I am always punctual and organised. I work well with colleagues of all ages and backgrounds, and I am a strong communicator. I am proud of my voluntary work with St. John's and St Mungo's, and I support charities such as Mind and Great Ormond Street. I am passionate about helping people and making a positive difference in their lives.
