- Be a trusted advisor and influencer to the US Commercial West Sales team, collaborating on pricing, product, and commercial business terms for complex, non-standard transactions.- In close partnership with Sales, facilitate structuring and execution of large complex deals while optimizing for customer experience, revenue, profitability, and compliance.- Serve as an escalation point for non-standard terms and provide approvals or propose alternatives to help move deals forward.- Ensure the accuracy of Sales quotes in Salesforce CPQ.- Represent Revenue Operations in US Commercial Sales forecasting calls.- Cultivate internal relationships with all levels of the sales organization.- Apply accounting principles to draft and review contract language and deal structures to ensure revenue recognition treatment will be most advantageous to the company.- Collaborate across geographies and with multiple groups, such as Revenue Recognition, Legal, Collections and Sales Operations to help facilitate the deal process.- Create sales enablement materials to train account executives on best practices for our internal tools from quoting to delivering executable Service Orders.

- Manually create non-standard contracts for Sales Teams prior to customer signature (Direct Customers and Partners/Resellers). - Provide sales training and enablement of quoting, pricing, and process requirements.- Review proposed sales and professional services quotes, provide feedback, ensure compliance with published sales and business policies, and route approval or reject/escalate quotes as needed based on policy and business judgment.- Audit customer accounts in Zuora and Salesforce to ensure good data hygiene. - Assist with driving operational scalability through automation, standardizing and simplifying business processes.
