I have always been passionate about all aspects of technology and started my career as a Network Administrator up in the backwoods of Northern Maine over 20 years ago. My diverse experience has been within both the public and private sectors. My career has progressed to my current position as the Owner / Vice President of Operations for TeamLogicIT of Denver. Whether I was maintaining websites, volunteering as a coach for Robotics students, providing tech support, or delivering network and VOIP solutions, I have enjoyed every second of working on those projects. However, the most enjoyable aspect of my job is meeting with the clients, whether it be in person, or virtually. Being able to explain the benefits of a given technological solution to a client in an understandable non-technical manner and have the client understand the information provided gives me the most satisfaction. Many IT companies fail to realize that their clients are small businesses themselves, and it is imperative that they can provide their services in the most timely and professional manner possible to their clients. It is with this understanding that I approach customer service, and clients can expect communication and timely solutions from their IT support from the top down helping clients learn from and have fun with Technology.Having a supportive family, lifelong friends, and counting my blessings is important for maintaining a healthy work-life balance. I love to have fun and make every moment and memory count! 😃
