* I was involved in the groundwork to migrate 9 million Chromebook users using PaperCut’s Mobility Print product across from an app to an extension, following Google’s app deprecation announcement.* I lead the discovery, opportunity assessment and delivery of a new VDI product from inception to release, which solves print queue deployment problems that Healthcare organisations face. * I contributed to the core Product team to plan and determine upcoming work, that fitted into the product themes and roadmap for each quarter. We were able to energise our partner network solving for impact and customer need including security uplifts and modern authentication features.* I worked across several teams to deliver one of PaperCut’s top strategic projects - to shift the product into a subscriptions pricing model which would yield longer life time value for customers and ensuring PaperCut's flagship product stays relevant in the competitive landscape.* I worked with the principle product manager to design, build and release PaperCut’s Print Deploy product that deploys print queues to users wherever they are located, reducing IT overhead and end user frustration in installing the right printer for them, in the right location.* I worked with the principle product manager to deliver off-network printing for PaperCut's Mobility Print BYOD product so users don't require access to their company network to print. Off-network printing provided greater flexibility for the users, especially in a remote/hybrid working environment.* I became a mum - my biggest achievement to date!

This involved looking through feature requests and support tickets to understand pain points, impactful enhancements and "just do it"'s.
