Responsible for process improvement within current business practices and customer accounts. Also responsible for implementing new business to ensure customer needs are met and implementation is seamless. Additionally, I am responsible for generating adhoc reports for internal and external customers. I’m also experienced in using Microsoft Visio and PowerBi to produce process flow documents and department dashboards to display trends and KPIs.

Primarily responsible for training and development for a department of 70, recruitment, new employee onboarding, and creating process flows and how-to manuals. Also responsible for assisting with new customer implementations and process improvement with regards to current business practices and customer accounts.

Responsible for managing a team of 7 to ensure the timely and accurate filing of US Customs entries. My team handled multiple modes of transportation, including ocean, air, rail, as well as cross-border truck shipments out of Canada and Mexico. I was also responsible for ensuring all employees on my team were trained accordingly, and that new employees were on-boarded properly.
